Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our handmade products; therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or cash refunds once an order is confirmed.
Exchanges are only eligible within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged.
- You received the incorrect product, color, or size.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. In the rare event that an exchange is unavailable due to stock, a refund may be issued at the brand’s sole discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.
